Emergency meeting Held on 01/09/2022

LP EGBE/AGODO(WARD E2)ALIMOSHO LGA. 

The meeting started at exactly 6:05pm with an opening prayer by  Offor Irene. 

Matters Arising :
Comrade Johnson Matthew.O,the convener of the meeting brief the meeting on the agenda of the meeting by introducing to the house the various executive positions according to the party(LP)constitution as directed by the Labour Party Alimosho excos. 
After briefing the house with the number of positions, the following positions was fill as follows 

Chairman: Johnson Matthew Oluwalade
Deputy Chairman: Izuchukwu Lucky
Secretary: Wilson Patrick 
Assistant Secretary: Seun David 
Financial secretary: Offor Irene 
Other positions available to be fill within a week. 

After  the process Offor Irene raise a question about the security? of the area during meeting time,campaign,after campaign and during elections period. The chairman, comrade Johnson Matthew O, responded that he will submit the question to the LP Alimosho excos when they come for the ward E2 Inauguration.and he also included that the party has nothing to fear on the safety and security of members. 
In separate suggestions, Izuchukwu Lucky urges everyone to go and mobilize for the success of Peter Obi for presidential elections as officials campaign will soon start.

There was no report and the motion to close the meeting for the day was moved by assistant secretary Seun David and Financial secretary Offor Irene seconded . 
The meeting close at exactly 7:09pm  with closing prayer by Izuchukwu Lucky.
